Please read them carefully before using our services.

General Agreement
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Xquisite Printz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, submitting a design, or purchasing any product, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services
Xquisite Printz provides custom printing, embroidery, sublimation, stationery, and promotional printing services.
We may offer online tools (powered by Inktavo or InkSoft) that allow you to upload designs, customize products, or request quotes directly through our site.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Ordering & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website, email, or authorized representatives.

• Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

• Orders are not produced until full payment (or approved deposit) is received.

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Bulk or custom quotes:
Final pricing may vary based on artwork, materials, or order volume. A digital proof or invoice approval is required before production.

 Artwork & Design Files

• You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork and text are accurate and legally owned or licensed for reproduction.

• By submitting a design, you grant Xquisite Printz a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your design solely for production and promotional display of your completed project.

• We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that includes offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted content without proper permission.

Production & Turnaround
Typical turnaround times are between 5–10 business days after artwork approval, depending on order size and complexity.
Rush orders may incur additional fees.
Xquisite Printz is not liable for production delays caused by:

• Incomplete or incorrect order information

• Artwork approval delays

• Supplier shortages or shipping carrier issues

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship nationwide using reputable carriers.

• Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

• Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.

• We are not responsible for delays or damage occurring after orders have been handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final.
However, we will gladly correct issues caused by:

• Production errors (wrong size, print defect, incorrect color)

• Damage during transit

To request a correction, contact us within 7 days of delivery at xquisitelymade4u@gmail.com with photos and order details.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Customer-supplied artwork errors

• Incorrect sizes or colors provided by the customer

• Normal wear or fading from washing

 User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute harmful, unlawful, or infringing content

• Attempt to hack, disable, or disrupt the website or servers

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of access to our services.

 Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is owned or licensed by Xquisite Printz and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Your uploaded designs remain your property; we do not claim ownership over your original artwork.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xquisite Printz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xquisite Printz, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

 Privacy & Data Security
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We use secure systems and SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
